CHEF/OWNER
Ashley Lujares is a chef with almost 20 years of experience in Southeast Asian cuisine. Known for her exquisitely crafted dishes, Chef Ashley has been recognized for her culinary talent. She served as the Executive Chef of Boston’s Myers and Chang, where she oversaw the menu and operations. She has worked on recipe writing and development as well as food styling for Purple Carrot. Currently she is working on pop-ups through out Boston.
Chef Ashley’s specialty lies in modern Filipino cuisine, where she combines traditional Filipino flavors with the nostalgia of her American upbringing as well as contemporary techniques to create an exciting and innovative experience. Her dishes are known for their bold and complex flavors.
Chef Ashley is passionate about creating beautiful and delicious food that tells a story of her heritage and roots. Her unique take on Filipino cuisine has won many hearts and tastebuds, making her a sought-after chef in the world of Southeast Asian cuisine.
CO-OWNER
Marc Anthony is a highly experienced and skilled barber who has been crafting top-notch haircuts for more than five years. With his keen eye for detail and his ability to work with any hair texture or stye, he creates personalized cuts that perfectly suit each individual client's needs and desires.
He takes a particular interest in men's lifestyle and fashion, and he prides himself on staying up- to- date with the latest trends and styles that are popular with male clientele.
However, Marc's chief priority is to help men find their confidence. He understands that a good haircut can make a world of difference in a person's self esteem, and he strives to provide his clients with not only an exceptional haircut but an experience that leaves them feeling bold and self- assured.
Although he is passionate at his craft, Marc is also all about Filipino culture and his community. He is thrilled to start this journey alongside his family.
